The school uses positive encouragement and rewards in order to help you reach high standards of behaviour, self-discipline and learning. Outstanding effort, achievement, homework, attendance, punctuality and uniform standards will be rewarded by teachers and tutors.

Vivos are electronic points awarded by school staff. Students and parents can access the website at any time to view the number and type of rewards that have been earned. Students will receive their Vivo access card and log-in details when they start at The Buckingham School.
Once sufficient Vivos have been earned, students can spend them in the online shop.......on sports equipment, on computer games, on mobile top-ups, on cinema tickets, on 'jump the lunch queue' vouchers......in fact on anything that appeals to you in the shop catalogue. Simply order your choice of item and it will be delivered to you through your tutor.
All Vivos gained contribute to our ongoing Inter-house competitions which include; attendance leagues, sporting and cross curricular competitions.
